Here are some free patterns to inspire a handmade Christmas!

The seasons are shifting here, and with the cooler weather settling in, I’ve been spending more time tucked indoors with my sewing machine and a warm cup of tea. This time of year always inspires me to start dreaming up handmade gifts, and I wanted to share some cozy making inspiration with you. I just uploaded a brand-new YouTube video where I walk through a few current projects—like a dress I drafted, a quilted vest, and a tiny dress-up mouse. I also share how I sew her miniature clothes and chat a bit about handmade gifts for the holidays. If you enjoy slow sewing, tiny projects, or just some cozy fall homestead footage, I think you’ll love this one.

Free Patterns!

Tiny Mouse

This little mouse comes complete with a pattern for pants, a shirt, and a dress so you can create an entire mouse wardrobe, too! You can watch me make it in my newest Youtube video, or just click the link below to go straight to getting your free pattern!

Knitted Mouse

If knitting is more of your thing -- I have a similar free pattern for a knitted version of a little dress up mouse. And yes, the clothes are included as free patterns, too! Pattern comes in both adult and child sized mice.

I love this knit stocking pattern because it's made with simple straight needles! Plus, the front and back pieces are identical, so you only need to become familiar with the pattern once before creating your second piece!
